Shipping Information

How long does delivery take? Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 24 hours unless there are extenuating circumstances where this time may be slightly longer. Depending on your location, delivery will take between 2-4 business days within Australia.

How much does delivery cost? It will cost $9.95 to ship your Beauty Haul goodies if your product order is less than $100. Product orders over $100 do not incur a delivery fee. Please note, cost of shipping is not included as part of the $100 minimum spend for free shipping. 

How can I track my order? After your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with all the tracking details. Majority of our online orders are dispatched using Star Track and you can track the parcel on their website www.startrack.com.au

Do you deliver to my country? To ensure we are offering the best customer service experience, we are upgrading our international shipping process.

How do I change my delivery address after my order has been placed? If your order hasn't yet been shipped, we may be able to amend the delivery address. Please get in contact with our customer service team as soon as possible to let them know the issue. Please ensure you have the order number included in your message.

What if I am not home when my order arrives? The parcel will be left in a secure location if possible. If there is nowhere secure enough to leave the parcel, the delivery driver will leave a card and you will need to contact Star Track to organise another delivery.

Do you deliver to PO Boxes, military addresses or Parcel Lockers? Yes, we can deliver to PO Boxes, military addresses and Parcel Lockers (for Air freight orders only).

Will I have to sign for my delivery? Yes, only if you are home when the parcel is delivered, you will be asked to sign for the delivery. If not home the parcel will be left in a secure location if possible.

What should I do if my order hasn't been delivered yet? Please contact our Customer Service Team here

Will I have to pay Customs & Duty fees? When a package is shipped internationally, it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not collected beforehand and are typically due once the shipped goods arrive at the country of destination. Charges vary in each country.

You are responsible for ensuring to comply with laws and regulations of the country of destination. Beauty Haul does not have any responsibility on these additional charges that may apply.

Why can't certain items be shipped internationally? Products classified as Dangerous Goods are at risk of being rejected by certain countries. Aerosols for example, cannot go via Air internationally.

A product I am purchasing says "Free Shipping" on it, what does this mean? This item has Free Domestic Shipping applied to it. This means that if you order this item, all items in your cart will be shipped for free within Australia.

Do you offer express shipping? Yes, it is $15.00 for Australia.Orders must be placed before 12pm to be dispatched the same day.

I need help with my order, who can I contact?

My order has not arrived/ or is missing an item, what do I do?

Please contact our customer service team via the contact form within 14 days of delivery or if your order has not arrived after 14 days of order date or call on 1300 650 981 (business hours are Mon-Thurs 9am-5pm AEST, Fri 9am-1pm AEST). Please be sure to include your order number and the missing item's name and number into the contact form. We will resolve the issue for you as quickly as we can.

I have received a faulty item in my order, what do I do?

We would like to sort out any issues with faulty items straightaway. As soon as you discover a fault, please contact our customer service team with your order number, the faulty item's name and number and a description of the fault. If you can include images, that would be even better. We'll get back to you as soon as we can and send you a replacement item as quickly as we can. Please contact us through the contact form.

We would like to sort out any issues with incorrect items straightaway. Please contact our customer service team with your order number and the incorrect item's name and product number within 14 days of receiving your order. Can I cancel my order after I've placed it?

Once you’ve placed your order, it joins a queue for immediate processing and fast dispatch. We are therefore unable to make any changes, additions or amendments to orders.

I made a mistake on my delivery address on my order, what do I do?

Has my order been successful?

All successful order transactions will receive an order confirmation email within 30 minutes. If you have not received your order confirmation email, check your email junk or spam folder. Alternatively, log in to your account to check My Orders. If you do not have an account yet, you can create a new account.

What is your returns policy?

We are happy to offer a store credit, exchange, or refund on an item you've purchased from us - simply contact us within 30 days of your order date. If you have changed your mind or unhappy about a product you have ordered, we'll need to receive it back to us unopened and unused, in the original packaging. If your product has been opened or used we have a strict non-refund policy. If the item is faulty or damaged please contact us with a detailed description of the issue along with a photo if possible. If an incorrect item has been received, please take a photo and contact us within 7 days of delivery. In the rare instance you've had an allergic reaction to a product, please take a photo of the reaction and discontinue use of the product immediately. Allergy returns must be less than 20% used upon arrival back with us.

Return Policy

If for some reason you do not wish to keep a product ordered from this website you may return new and unused items within 14 days of the date of receipt. We will refund the purchase cost of the product(s) minus shipping and handling changes. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging; no refund can be made for products that have been used. If you are returning Aerosols or flammable Liquids please contact us first to discuss as they cannot be sent via Australia Post.
