How to Use
Suitable for adults and children 2 years and over. Use as required or up to 6 times daily.
Vaporisation
- Add up to 6 drops (0.3mL) to the water in your vaporiser or diffuser.
Massage
- Add 5 drops (0.2mL) to 10mL of carrier oil and massage into the chest and back.
- The prepared blend can be stored at room temperature for up to 24 hours.
