Anxiety Relief Essential Oil Blend
A calming blend of 100% pure Sweet Orange, Lavender, Ylang Ylang, and Frankincense essential oils, traditionally used in aromatherapy to help relieve symptoms associated with mild anxiety, including nervous tension, unease, and worry.
How to Use
Vaporisation
- Add 6–9 drops (0.2mL–0.3mL) to the water in your diffuser.
Massage
- Add 6 drops (0.2mL) to one tablespoon of carrier oil and massage into the chest and back.
- The prepared blend can be stored at room temperature for up to 24 hours.
