How to Use
Adults and children 5 years and over: Use as required or up to 6 times daily.
Vaporisation: Add 3–6 drops (0.2mL) to the water in your vaporiser.
Massage: Add 5 drops (0.2mL) to 10mL of carrier oil and massage into the chest and back. The prepared mixture can be stored at room temperature for up to 24 hours.
